A food hugs event is a great way to get an overview of whatever topic interests you, in this case how to grow some vegetables in your garden with your children and what to do with them once they're ready! It's more likely that your child will eat vegetables that they've grown themselves, so this is a fantastic way of expanding their range of foods.

This parent and child event will last about 2 hours and includes a practical, hands on session on growing vegetables, a cookery demonstration, some mouth watering healthy treats for you to taste, plus a pack to take away with summary information, recipes and meal plan tips.
