4 week gut health and fermentation programme
Refund Policy
The 4-week fermentation and gut health programme is non-refundable, unless there are insufficient numbers for the class to form. In this case, those who have enrolled will be notified and can either swap to another class or will be offered a full refund.
Why do you need to submit your contact details?
When enrolling on a programme, you will be asked for your contact details. These details are for foodhugs use only and will not be distributed onwards. Your mobile number is used in case I need to contact you for any reason. If a class is cancelled due to, for example, illness or weather warnings, I will send you a text message. A receipt for your payment will automatically be sent to your email address. The class email list is also used for communications promised during the class, e.g. discount codes for kombucha scoby.
Online Payments
SumUp is the online payments system used to accept debit or credit card payments. When you purchase the 4-week programme, you will be taken to the SumUp online store. Follow the instructions on the screen to select the appropriate items(s) to pay and enter your card details when prompted. You will receive a receipt via email for every payment you make.

Classes will only form when a minimum of 10 people enrol. I will contact you only if the course is not formed.

Smoking is not permitted on course grounds

foodhugs cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property whilst on the school premises/grounds
