A food hugs event is a great way to get an overview of whatever topic interests you, in this case, nutritional and lifestyle factors to support your hormone health.
This event will last for 1.5 hours and include an interactive talk, a short cookery demonstration, some mouth watering healthy treats for you to taste, plus a pack to take away with summary information, recipes and meal plan tips.
NUTRITION FOR HEALTHY HORMONES
Our hormones have a huge impact on our lives, from the way we physically feel, to our energy levels and our mental state. This workshop will explore the factors that affect our hormones and come up with a nutrition and lifestyle based support plan that will help to stabilise and balance your hormones throughout the month. Not only that, but you will have the opportunity to try some tasty 'hormone boosting' snacks and will leave with lots of new ideas to try out at home.
