Fermented foods are 'enlivened' in both taste and probiotic content. By purchasing this voucher, the recipient can discover how easy it is to make these foods for themselves. Incorporating them into their daily diet will give them numerous benefits, and they taste great too!  At the workshop, we make our own sauerkraut, learn how to make kombucha and kefir, learn how to flavour both and get to taste it all! Participants also leave with a goodie bag. The workshop runs about 4 times per year.
