Fermented foods are 'enlivened' in both taste and probiotic content. By purchasing this voucher, the recipient can discover how easy it is to make these foods for themselves. Incorporating them into their daily diet will give them numerous benefits, and they taste great too!
  At the workshop, we make our own sauerkraut, plus abother vegetable ferment, learn how to make kombucha or kefir, learn how to flavour as required and what to do with the end product!
Participants go away with their jar of sauerkraut, instructions on how to get their grains/scoby, a full recipe pack and a recording for 2 weeks after.
